The Client: Digital media company focusing on young women looking for early financing and sales revenue. Super sharp and high energy CEO experienced in IT companies but with little knowledge in financing. The client already had a strategic business plan, but with a few key gaps. They had two team members, wanted to attract more, and were still open to advice on compensation and other key management issues.

The Client: Business owner of a safety company and ex-cop wanted to write, publish and market stories of what really happened on the beat. He had a partially completed draft manuscript.
What we did:
We coached him to set up an independent publishing company, and advised on digital and in-person marketing. We created the cover and the on-line content, as well as editing and digital publishing.
Results: The book was an Amazon #1 Hot Release for 12 weeks, and is still selling in the hundreds. As we advised, he is already working on his next products.

What we did:
- Proprietary multi-layered strategic assessment that allows self-assessment areas including Market, Sustainability, Team, and Money, and discussed results in areas such as strategic vs. tactical management, and hiring new staff to recruit and orient experts/influencers
